Use of Images by Dancenergy

Dancenergy may use photos and videos taken in classes and at events to promote the studio in:

• Newsletters 

• Social media 

• Our website 

• Other studio promotional material

By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to this use and waive any rights to these images. Dancenergy does not sell images to third parties.

• If you do not wish your child’s image to be used online, this must be updated in your Parent Portal.

Open Day Photography

On designated Open or watching Days:

• Parents are welcome to take photos and videos of their own children. 

• By attending, parents understand and accept that other families may also be taking photos. 

• All images and videos must be used appropriately and respectfully.

Social Media Etiquette

Dancenergy encourages responsible and respectful use of social media.

• Any comments, posts, tags, or reviews involving the studio, staff, or students should remain courteous and appropriate. 

• Dancenergy is not liable for content posted by parents or students on their personal accounts. 

• Children are not permitted to post on official Dancenergy social media channels.
